Fallen Angel Riesling 2004 (Marlborough)
Pale straw colour with the typical Riesling greenish tinge. Lovely citrus on the nose and palate. The fruit ripeness plays out beautifully. Finishing off clean and crisp.
Fallen Angel Sauvignon Blanc 2005 (Marlborough)
Burst of passionfruit on the nose, the tropical nuances play through the
palate. Good, refreshing acidity making it a great food wine.
Fallen Angel Chardonnay 2004 (Hawkes Bay)
Lemon yellow, nice fresh colour. A rich varietal nose, classic chardonnay aromas of ripe stone fruit, especially peach with some lemon meringue, nuts sizzled in butter and subtle oak characters. A rich and weighty palate, well balanced with excellent primary fruit complemented with unobtrusive oak, lees and malo characters.
Fallen Angel Pinot Noir 2003 (Central Otago)
Vibrant and youthful colour of purple-crimson with good depth. A nose abundant with creamy strawberries and cherries, subtle French oak and slight menthol and liquorice characters. Clean fresh fruit with excellent concentration, more cherries, creamy strawberry, smooth and sappy with a nice mineral aspect to it. Fruit focused with underlying oak character.
Fallen Angel Cabernet Merlot 2000 (Hawkes Bay)
Deeply coloured, the wine has a generous nose showing classic Cabernet
and Merlot notes in even measures. Sweet blackcurrant, plums, smaller
doses of leather, herbs and cedar abound from the glass. It is mouth
filling, well balanced and will provide excellent drinking now and
through to the next 5 years.

Citrus and apple fruit aromas with creamy, yeasty, mealy complexities. Generous and creamy palate,richly flavoured, well balanced and lengthy clean finish.
